Advent at St Andrew’s Springfield

Here at St. Andrew's, we are looking forward to a lively, joyful and hopeful celebration of Jesus' birth this Advent and Christmas and we want to invite the whole community to get involved.

During the run up to Christmas, starting on the 27th of November, our services will focus on the Advent themes of Hope, Peace, Joy and Love. Each week the children will perform a short skit, telling the Christmas story and culminating on Christmas Day.

On Christmas Day we will hold a family service in the Sports Dome at 9am. It will be a lively, meaningful and uplifting celebration, suitable for people of all ages.

This Christmas Eve we are holding a Carol Concert and Nativity at 7pm in the Sports Dome on The Springfield Anglican College's Secondary Campus. Singing traditional Christmas Carols and watching the story of Christmas unfold is the perfect way for the family to enter into the true meaning of Christmas on Christmas Eve.
